Kya Aapko Alibagh Jaana Hai ??

Hmmm...
i haven't posted for a while now....
I was caught up in the rat race.....but sadly enough...i lost...that's another story tho...personal story.

Its been a couple of weeks now.... since a unique new year.... :)
a god new year....
Alibagh is a fun place..... and lota is a real cool guy but let me arrive at that chronologically.

I wanted to go to pune...my heart's locked up there...
the rest of the circle after much deliberations,read tp, plan making,read tp, rethinking,read tp, cross-checking,read tp, discussions,read tp, and a lot of timepass,that's tp, decided to go to alibagh for new years eve.

Now alibagh is a cool place thats made up of a few beaches strewn about and a small town behind it all.Idyllic.

So i set out bag and all to pune and these guys are all set to leave too in some time...
Only unknown to me they'v snowballed from 6 to 12 people all desperate to make something of the grand new year.

"Fate, it seems, is not without a sense of irony!"

My heart had problems, accommodation, other plans,parents,friends..... :(
I just wanna go home....but fortunately my heart is more sensible than me.....forces me to set out on the trail of these guys seeking the gateway of India to alibagh.I reach the gateway to a mind-blowing comedy of errors....

Hymen had somehow lost his cellphone already,and the last ferry to alibagh had already left.and that is not all.these desperate dopies had booked a private ferry for 7 grand!!!!7 grand!!!!talk about overshooting the budget!!!So turns out now these guys were loitering around shouting "alibagh!! alibagh!!" all over the gateway area to lure unsuspecting tourists and visitors into saving them some money.The first thought hit me....its the rajmachi jinx allllll over again!!!Ghanta on the prowl!!!but that's another story and i digress.....

So obviously i joined the fray....."alibagh!!alibagh!!"."bhai sahab,aapko alibagh jana hai?? kyun nahin jana hai?? aaj new year hai,beach par socho parties hongi.............".later it turned out the sly grin wasn't really a good idea when some dude told rattlesnake he would come to alibagh IF.......IF rattle could arrange a couple partner for them......Poor rattle..... honorable "iit - best brains in the world" student to pimp in 10 seconds flat.
But we did snare some prey...soon we had added 10 people - 8 males and 2 females!!hmm...not bad!!And soon after,post some haggling and some hustling with ferrydudes we were off....!!!!

I cant hope to capture the ecstasy of the ferry ride honestly....it was so perfect.i missed my heart so bad i could cry!!

the sound of the water...
the sight of the stars...
the touch of the wind...
the graze of the moonlight...
the glint of the shorelights...
the swift clouds...
and the rocking boat...

and one of us with a guitar!!!

That's how our new years eve began.... :)

Hmmm....c'est la vie....;)
